Extraordinarily soft and warm, in that most classic of natural tan colors... the original camel brown fiber. A camel's coat has two layers, a downy under layer and an outer layer of coarse guard hairs. The guard hairs are separated from the down which is then made into sliver for spinning. This de-haired camel down has a soft, fine texture comparable to merino wool. Be gentle, it will felt. Fiber lengths range from 2-3".
